Returns & Refunds

Nothing Less Worship wants you to be happy with your purchase. Please review the following policy before placing an order or booking a service.

Merchandise

All merchandise sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons unrelated to a verified product defect, except where required by applicable law.

If you receive an item that appears to be defective, please contact us with your order information, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the defect. All reported defects must be reviewed and verified before an exchange or other resolution can be approved.

Once a defect has been verified, you may choose one of the following options:

  • Replacement: An exchange for the same product, subject to availability.

  • Alternative item: If the original product is no longer available, another available item of equal value.

  • Store credit: A gift card or store credit for the value of the original purchase.

  • Refund: A full refund of the original purchase price.

Digital Music Downloads

All digital music sales are final once the download has been delivered, except where required by applicable law or when a file is defective, corrupted, inaccessible, or materially different from the product described.

If you experience an issue with a digital purchase, please contact us with your order information and details of the problem so we can review it and determine an appropriate resolution.

Worship Leading, Live Music & Other Services

Bookings for worship leading, live music performances, and other services are handled separately from merchandise and digital music purchases.

Cancellation, rescheduling, payment, and refund terms for these services will be outlined in a written booking agreement between Nothing Less Worship and the client. Please review that agreement before confirming your booking.
