For worship-leading, live music, and other service bookings, payment arrangements will be outlined in a separate written agreement between Nothing Less Worship and the client.
4. Shipping and Fulfillment
Physical merchandise will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Nothing Less Worship is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, supply availability, or other circumstances outside our control.
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.
5. Preorders
Certain products may be offered for preorder before they are available for immediate shipment.
When placing a preorder, customers will be provided with an estimated availability or shipping timeframe when known. These dates are estimates and may change due to production, supplier, or shipping delays.
If a preorder is significantly delayed or cannot be fulfilled, Nothing Less Worship will communicate the available options to affected customers.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
All merchandise and digital music sales are final, except in cases of verified product defects or where required by applicable law.
If you receive merchandise that is defective, you must contact Nothing Less Worship with your order information, a description of the issue, and clear photographic evidence of the defect. Reported defects must be reviewed and verified before an exchange or other resolution can be approved.
Once a defect has been verified, the available options will include:
Replacement of the same product, subject to availability.
Another available product of equal value if the original product is no longer available.
Store credit or a gift card for the value of the original purchase.
A full refund of the original purchase price.
Digital music sales are final once the download has been delivered, except where required by applicable law or when a file is defective, corrupted, inaccessible, or materially different from the product described.

8. Worship Leading, Live Music, and Event Bookings
Inquiries submitted through this website do not constitute a confirmed booking.
All worship-leading engagements, live music performances, consulting services, and other scheduled services must be agreed upon separately in writing.
Confirmed bookings will be governed by a separate agreement outlining the services provided, event details, payment arrangements, cancellation terms, rescheduling procedures, and other applicable requirements.
The client and Nothing Less Worship must agree to and sign the applicable booking agreement before the engagement is considered confirmed.
9. Ministry Support and Financial Contributions
Nothing Less Worship may provide opportunities for visitors to financially support its ongoing music and ministry.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, contributions are voluntary and are intended to support the ongoing work, music, and ministry of Nothing Less Worship.
Financial support is not a purchase of goods or services and does not guarantee any particular product, service, or outcome.
Nothing Less Worship is owned and operated by Beacon Music Co. and Harton Productions. Contributions made through this website should not be assumed to be tax-deductible charitable donations.
